The School of Public Policy offers a 12 hour Leadership Certificate. The School of Public Policy leadership coordinator is Dr. Phillip M. Thompson.
I. Leadership Certificate Objectives
The Leadership Certificate assists students in becoming the skilled, ethical, and visionary leaders of the twenty-first century. The Leadership Certificate is awarded through the School of Public Policy, but is open to all students and is interdisciplinary in its course requirements. In these classes, students analyze the social, political, economic, cultural, global, and technical dimensions of leadership. 2. A course may not be counted toward more than one minor and/or certificate.
3. Courses such as INTA 2030 that are in more than one area can only count as one of the elective classes.
4. All courses counting toward the minor/certificate must be completed in residence at Georgia Tech, be taken on a letter-grade basis, and be completed with a grade of C or better.
5. The Leadership Certificate in Public Policy requires (12) semester credits of which at least nine (9) are 3000 level courses or above.
